  They charge A LOT, and they f**ked up our federal return TWICE. We had bought their "Peace of Mind" warranty (at additional expense), so they reimbursed us the tax we owed, but ONLY that; the fees and interest the IRS charges (that H&R Blockheads *caused*) were all on us. Oh, yeah. The first time, we didn't get our reimbursement check from them for FIVE MONTHS. I'm still waiting for the claim I filed before Christmas (today is March 7, 2016) OR for them to return my emails or phone calls.

  Matt and Rick provided first class advice and service for my home and auto. Matt was kind enough to review my previous policy and help cover some holes in my coverage after getting to know our property and lifestyle. He visited me at my office with a proposal and the needed paperwork. Price was slightly higher, but the service and coverage is worth it! 6 months after I went with Allstate I received a reminder, with instructions from the office to go on to the web page and modify my payment process to qualify for additional savings. Recently had an auto claim. The office got me connected immediately with the right people, had my repairs scheduled, and done faster than I could have hoped for. Thank you.

  Rudest people I have ever met, if there was a negative star rating I'd be all over it..Myself as well as the surrounding local dealerships have been wondering how you are able to charge me SIX, that's right SIX times the bluebook value and how you have been allowed to treat me so disrespectfully over the phone....Yes I have recordings & yes it's that bad that I have had to go to other companies to see about help or see what I can do about my situation. I'm not saying all your locations treat their customers this way but your Arburn location is very disreapectful! As a paying customer of 18 months I don't believe the lady who answers the phones at that location ( from the reviews on Facebook I'm not the only one)should be so rude to her customers & when brought up & pointed out she runs to her "boss" and says it's because we were rude!? I think not ..You get what you dish out lady & even then we were not rude! I understand I am late on a payment & I'm not even pulling out "its the holidays card"...It's because in the last two weeks I've had to spend over $400 on the damn vechical just to get from point A to point B, and as far as I was told when signing it was all covered but it's not...It's money out of my pocket for the lemon you are selling me....Month after month theres something that has to be fixed...So yeah...If anyone should be giving an attitude it certainly shouldn't be you! Six times the asking bluebook value...Really?!?! Plus when I confront you about the problems with this "car" you are selling me do you really think it is OK to reply with such rudniess...18 months ...A paying customer of 18 months should not be treated like that...And now I am stuck in a situation where I'm being more than ripped of on something I can't even trade in or sell! Come one people...You are a company that is supposed to be helping people who can't out right buy a car off the lot...So your gonna screw them over in the worse way possible and treat them like crap as you willingly put them in a unsafe vehicle?! If I had known I could of taken....Just one of my paychecks and walked away with the same vechical out right I would of...And should of...But your people had to take advantage of my situation and lied to my face making it look like the deal of the century! TO ANYONE LOOKING TO GO THROUGH ROWE PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH...or avoid the Auburn location! GO to SUROUNDING DEALERAHIPS EVEN & TELL THEM YOUR THINKING OF TRYING ROWE....Just the other day I spent well over an hour at one that were doing their best to get me on the road with a safer vehicle but Rowe has put me in such a bad spot that it's going to be nearly impossible and I'm stuck making these ridiculous payments...Thankfully I was told to come back in six months to try again...Due to my credit..The unfortunate reason for having to go to Rowe but also due to the asking price from Rowe (it was laughed at...Six times the bluebook value....It's embarrassing to be honest) and it may be possible to do a trade...With some cash to get me safer wheels! I can not wait for the day I go in with my last payment because they are going to get the same treatment they have been giving! As for the lady on the other end of the phone...That will be the last time you threaten me & you better pray that my family isn't harmed because of your selfishness & taking advantage of family's like mine! I would easily drop this and let it go if you could attempt to make your asking price make sense, or why u sold me such a piece of crap! Like no doubt...Pls make some sort of attempt, I'm dying to hear it! Or at the least...An apology for always being so rude!
