  Matt and Rick provided first class advice and service for my home and auto. Matt was kind enough to review my previous policy and help cover some holes in my coverage after getting to know our property and lifestyle. He visited me at my office with a proposal and the needed paperwork. Price was slightly higher, but the service and coverage is worth it! 6 months after I went with Allstate I received a reminder, with instructions from the office to go on to the web page and modify my payment process to qualify for additional savings. Recently had an auto claim. The office got me connected immediately with the right people, had my repairs scheduled, and done faster than I could have hoped for. Thank you.

  We've been using Rick for 7 years and he's always been very helpful. Our rates are always very competitive and he's always working with us to maximize discounts. The whole staff is friendly and a pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend.

  I have been with Allstate for 15 years with Rick's office and this year he told me when they refused to cover a claim that I don't pay him enough money to deal with me....hmm... two trucks, two houses, and my parents have four houses two veichles and a tractor with them. I am dropping them and strongly encouraging my parents and everyone else to avoid this kind of "coverage" or lack of after 15 years of working with them.
